DECORATOR INSTRUCTIONS

3:15 p.m. report to MacKenzie Macam in the Library.
Before you begin working, we will wait for all volunteers to be present to ensure everyone knows what to do.
Once all the work is finished, you are free to leave or stay on campus.
If you stay on campus, we are providing pizza around 6:00-6:30 for volunteers.
10:30 p.m. we take down everything put up.
Decorations go back in bins to Ms. D's room.
Send x2Vol after the event to receive community service hours.
Parent pick up is no later than 11:00 p.m.
